To submit a ticket, simply go to this link: https://bluesoftdesk.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

1. Add the email address where you want to receive our responses on the "Requester" field.

2. Put your main concern on the "Subject" field.

3. You can add more details about your concern on the "Description" box.

4. You can also attach any screenshots or videos from your PC about your concern by simply clicking on "+ Attach a file".

5. Click on the CAPTCHA "box", wait for the "check" mark to appear, and then click "SUBMIT" to submit your ticket. 


NOTE: If the CAPTCHA doesn't work, try to refresh the page and re-do all the steps above.
